Outreach and communication!

You have many modes with which to deliver communication. If you have been in business for any length of time, you’ve seen seen the evolution flow from phone books, to print media, newsletters, post cards, radio, tv, email, blogs, pay-per-click(ppc), social media channels, target marketing, video, VLOGging, and podcasts. And, I know, I didn’t even list everything! Chances are you get the point, though. As technology changes, marketing changes, and we must change with it in terms of how we communicate, as well as increasing the number of distribution channels we do it on.

Great content + other people – marketing messages = GROWTH

Get clear on your messages and focused on your messaging platform—it’s not one size fits all when it comes to communication. Success Stories and How-To articles are examples of good content, which invoke specialists into the message to make them relevant and verified content. Follow those you learn from and quote them, share their content, share your reference material, your use, and tag them get them to share in return, or leave reviews or refer business. Write up reviews and info on other business you patronize and share those positive experiences.

Think outside the box and talk to other business owners your consumers can learn from—they don’t have to be real estate specific! Show your audience how well rounded you are and invest in their overall knowledge more then just selling to them. Be thankful and genuine; live that way, always, and never look for anything in return.
