KW The Virginias Region has grown from a single agent office into The market Standard
The Keller Williams Virginia and West Virginia Region was began in a small Manassas office as the vision of a single agent.
Lee Beaver felt a connection to the values exemplified by the KW brand, and knew that emphasis on culture and altruism would resonate not only with her clients, but with other like-minded, service oriented real estate agents.
In the decades since those humble beginnings, the KW The Virginias Region has grown to encompass over 4,200 agents across more than two dozen market centers. The Region's leadership team has attracted many of the most visionary and top-producing agents in the country, including Regional Director Bo Menkiti.
The shared focus across Culture, Technology, Training, and Community Impact has led to the KW The Virginias Region becoming, and remaining, the area's leader in market share, closed volume, active agents, and transactions year after year. In 2020 alone, our agents helped more than 30,000 families achieve their dreams. However, even bigger things are just around the corner.
