In any case, 2022’s first quarter probably passed in a blink for KW agents. Though we’ve nearly reached the midway point of the year, things don’t seem to be slowing down at all—as evidenced by the more than 10% increase in total sales volume compared to Q1 of 2021.

Here’s a look back at al of your success over the first three months of the year:

  • $108.4 billion in sales volume (+10.5% compared to last year)
  • 258,400 transactions closed
  • 154,000 new market inventory listings
  • 295,800 projected closing contracts written
  • Total written contract volume of $126.2 billion (+8.2% compared to last year)

While it’s true housing prices (as well as most other things) have gone up, these values have also pushed agents’ commissions well beyond the rate of inflation. Thanks to KW’s world-class training and technology, there’s no reason you and your fellow agents won’t be positioned to weather the headwinds of rising mortgage rates and constrained inventory.

Of course, it’s not just the North American market that is thriving. Internationally, KW has been capitalizing on momentum and delivering for our agents abroad:

  • 16,500 closed transactions (+25.9% compared to last year)
  • $3.2 billion in closed sales volume (+27.1% compared to last year)
