The Vital Signs Training series will be facilitated by your Regional Leadership and include Instructors’ video, exercises and discussions. These 6 workshops will guide you through understanding the Vital Signs report and help you use the tools to your advantage to take your Market Center to the next level.
WHO NEEDS TO ATTEND: All MC Leadership Team – OP & GM, TL/ATL, and MCA/AMCA, PC, MCTT and anyone assisting the Team Leaders or involved in growing the Market Center.
NOTE: As Gary mentioned in his letter, although some Market Centers may be exempt from the required training, he highly recommended that you and your leadership team still participate in these classes.
IMPORTANT:
Zoom Link and Course Materials will be sent to all attendees the day before the session. ATTENDANCE WILL BE TRACKED.
To get credit for attendance, please plan to be in a location where you can be visible — using Zoom video –and attend the session in its entirety. You can select a room and attend the training with your leadership team members, but everyone must be visibly accounted for… Please make sure you exercise the Social Distancing procedures.
