ALC Clinic for Leadership & ALCs w/ Gene Rivers (Day 2)

During this Day 1 of our ALC Clinic, there will be 3 breakout sessions in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Attendees will be grouped by their MC for the breakouts.
DAY 1 is Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 from 9am – 4:30pm. It will be an action-packed day to spend with our esteemed instructor, Gene Rivers.
DAY 2 is scheduled for Friday, November 20th, 2020 from 9am – 4:30pm. Please make sure you email the Region your complete list of 2021 ALC members and any special guests along with the MC leadership team by November 9th, 2020.
Here’s what we ask of you:
1. RESPECT our Instructor by showing up early and be visible …no still picture, no blank screen…Please be present and participate (join with video & audio). Make sure your Zoom video and audio are working.
2. Upon joining Zoom, label your screen with Your Name, Job Title and Market Center. Please make sure you are in MUTE mode until you want to speak.
3. CLASS WILL START ON TIME! We ask that you join our Zoom room at least 15 minutes prior to class. We will need to pre-assign you to breakout sessions.
4. Attendees will be grouped by Market Center for Breakout/Activity sessions. Please make sure you include your MC Name or Number on your screen.
5. When you are assigned to your breakout room, please accept the invitation and join your group. Participation is REQUIRED.
6. Please review the attached checklist and make sure you’ll have all those required items ready for class.
7. ONE DAY BEFORE CLASS:
* We will be sending you the Zoom link along with the Passcode (passcode in this calendar invite) to check in.
* We will be sending the course materials and any corresponding documents to the MCA. These will be soft copies.
* MCA to email the Region list of Leadership members who will be attending the DAY 1 Class. Also, please let us know if you will be attending in a group to accurately record attendance.

9. TEAM LEADERS: There will be homework after the Leadership session (Day 1). The homework is to prep you for Day 2 of the ALC Clinic.
