After a two-year derailment on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were finally able to welcome back our most cherished rockstar leaders to our 2022 Leadership Fundamentals gathering!
On the docket was education, training, and networking—all with a concentration on how to best grow their businesses and continue to connect with their agent partners in a successful manner. Leadership comes down to making an impact, and last year, these partners and their teams helped facilitate homeownership for more than 31,000 people throughout the Virginia and West Virginia region.
That kind of impact simply can’t happen without investing in your leadership team, and ensuring they have the tools, resources, and connections necessary to perform at their best. That’s why we’re so excited for what 2022 will bring!
We want to BE the change, by further dedicating ourselves at the brokerage level; acting as the tip of the spear for our partners. This is how we will, together, transform the homeownership experience.
